The reverse riding position or back-sitting position is a spanking position in which the spanker is "riding" the spankee backwards, facing the spankee's buttocks in order to spank them. The position is related to the waist-between-legs position.

Variants:

The second variant can be done on the floor but also on a bed or couch. In both cases the spanker may want to put most of their weight on their knees, rather than their posterior, so the lying spankee's breathing is not made difficult by their weight. This position is often used to control a struggling spankee when the spankee has equal or greater strength than the spanker.
